Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal set out below applies exclusively to consumers with a delivery address in member states of the European Union and in the United Kingdom.

For orders shipped to third countries outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, in particular to Switzerland or the United States, no statutory right of withdrawal applies under this policy. Any returns or goodwill arrangements in such cases will be handled solely on an individual agreement.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

Withdrawal is effected by returning the goods within this period.

No prior notification by email or separate notice of withdrawal in text form is required, provided that the goods are returned to us within the deadline. The deadline is met if the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider by you no later than on the 14th day after receipt. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Please include the delivery note or invoice with your return so that we can clearly identify your return and process the refund promptly.

Late Arrival of Returned Goods

If the return arrives more than 16 days after receipt of the goods, we reserve the right to reject the return unless timely dispatch can be proven.

If it is foreseeable that the return will only arrive after 16 days or later because shipment was delayed by the shipping service provider, we kindly ask you to send a short email to:

In this case, proof that the goods were shipped by you within the 14-day period is sufficient.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
