Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

Standard shipping (DHL): €2.90 per order

Free standard shipping (DHL): from an order value of €100.00

Deliveries within the EU:

Standard international EU shipping: €7.90 per order (free from €400.00)

Standard Shipping Austria: €5,90 per order (free from €400)

Deliveries outside the EU (international):

Standard shipping Switzerland: CHF 6.90 per order (free from CHF 400.00)

Standard shipping UK: €14.90 per order (free from €600.00)

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply in individual cases. These costs are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the stated shipping costs.

Shipping Conditions

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Belarus, as well as Switzerland, the USA, and the UK.

 

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1–3 days; for deliveries to EU countries within 2–5 days after conclusion of the contract and payment.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
